Who does Elite Home Health Care serve?

We serve adults and children across Pennsylvania. Pediatrics covers newborns through age 21 with physical or intellectual disabilities. ODP serves adults 21+ with physical and intellectual disabilities. Long Term Care (OLTL) serves adults 21+ with physical disabilities. We also support people who have sustained traumatic brain injuries.

How do I contact you?

You can contact Elite Home Care Agency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We always have someone on duty to help you.

Can I choose my own caregiver?

Yes — in our Long Term Care program you can choose your own caregiver. We pay caregivers weekly, with overtime, at competitive rates.

Do you support people with traumatic brain injury?

Yes. We support people who have sustained traumatic brain injuries, in both individual and group settings, alongside our IDD supports.

We serve Pennsylvania. From our Jenkintown office we cover Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties. From our Reading office we cover Berks, Lancaster, Lehigh, Schuylkill, and parts of Chester counties.

How is care paid for?

Most families are covered through Pennsylvania Medicaid waivers — ODP for adults with intellectual disabilities, OLTL / Community HealthChoices for adults with physical disabilities, and Pennsylvania Medicaid or pediatric programs for children. Private pay is available for anything not covered.

How does the process start?

You call us or send an inquiry. An assessment worker walks through the options and helps identify the right program for your family. Once eligibility is confirmed, we build a care plan and match caregivers.

Do you also offer non-medical services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Elite provides both medical and non-medical home care. We also offer food delivery for the people we already care for at home.
