About us.
Person-centered care is our main objective — built on caring, respect, and love for every person we serve across Pennsylvania.
Person-centered means care shaped around the person's routines, goals, family, and voice — and delivered with caring, respect, and love. Because Elite is Registered Nurse owned and operated, clinical judgment shapes every decision — from how we hire and train to how we build each care plan. We support people with intellectual disabilities in individual and group settings, and those who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays — we always have someone on duty to help you.
What we stand for
Person-centered by design
Every plan starts with the person — their routines, goals, family, and voice. Care is built around them, not the other way around.
Registered Nurse owned
Elite is RN-owned and operated. Clinical judgment sits at the top of the house — so care decisions, hiring, and training are led by someone who has actually done the work.
Caring, respect, and love
The way we'd want a family member cared for — compassionate, dependable, and unhurried in the home they know.
Licensed in Pennsylvania
Approved for Pediatrics, ODP, and Long Term Care (OLTL). Every plan is coordinated with your providers.
