How care is paid for.
Most families we serve are covered through Pennsylvania Medicaid waivers — ODP for adults with intellectual disabilities and OLTL / Community HealthChoices for adults with physical disabilities. We also work with private pay.

Who does Elite Home Health Care serve?
We serve adults and children across Pennsylvania — including newborns to age 21 in our Pediatrics program, and adults 21+ through ODP and Long Term Care (OLTL).
Can I choose my own caregiver?
In our Long Term Care program you can choose your own caregiver. We pay caregivers weekly, with overtime, at competitive rates.
How quickly can care start?
Someone is on duty 24/7 to take your call. From there, an assessment worker helps identify the right program and next steps, usually within a few days.
Do you offer support for traumatic brain injury?
Yes. We support people who have sustained traumatic brain injuries, in individual and group settings — through our ODP program and related waivers.
